WHY I CAME TO SFC

I used to be very active a few years ago. Did some Mud Run races with my husband and loved them. I don’t remember how or when we stopped. But Last December when I hit 200 pounds, I knew I had to do something. I search for CrossFit near me. It was gonna be my first time, but I figured a lot of the workouts will be similar to those training of the races I did in the past. So I did my research, chose Sweat Factory, went to the trial class and I loved it!

WHAT I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT ME

I don’t think there’s anything special I will like people to know. Unless I can tell them that you can take more control of depression and anxiety with some workout on your life…

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT

My proudest accomplishment… I’m closer to my weight goal, I feel better physically doing things that I was not able to do at the beginning of this journey and emotionally this is a therapy for me… So I have more happy moments in my life.

WHAT DO I FEAR

I fear to stop doing what makes me happy.
